Summer Class – Music Theory II
Music Theory II will continue where Theory I left off. It will include chromatic scales, enharmonic tones, signs & abbreviations, perfect & major intervals, minor intervals, augmented & diminished intervals, two-part harmony, major chords-triads, dominant 7th chords, other triads, harmonizing with chords, passing and neighbor tones, arpeggios, subdominant triads, dominant 7th chords, harmonizing a melody and recognizing chords and intervals through ear training and more, depending on how advanced the students are in the class.
Requirements: Have had at least 2 years of music lessons with theory instruction included or have completed “Music Theory I” or one high school theory class. Purchase a manuscript book (12-Staves per page), Book TBA
